Floor Stripping, Waxing, Buffing, Burnishing, and upkeep

Floor Stripping is necessary when floors already have some protectant sealant or wax, or when extremely dirty. All Floors get scrubbed as a part of the cleaning process before adding a protectant sealer, or wax. Extra layers of wax will create a beautiful glossy and stronger protection for your floors.

We reccomend upkeeping maintenance of your floor with burnishing once every few months to once a year-- depending on the traffic your floor gets. This will keep your floors looking new and protect them against debris.

Carpets

All carpets require regular cleaning and upkeep to extend the life of it. Dirty carpets are one of the culprits for allergy problems, and can contribute to bad smells and trap lots of bacteria-- even when constantly vacuumed.
We scrub all carpets with banner pads and use chemicals according to your carpet materials and soil levels. We also offer upholstery cleaning such as office chairs, waiting room furniture, etc.
